I got the Arona set in blue (turquoise) and it is gorgeous! The big one takes my breath away, and it has proved to be as useful as it is beautiful. The three-piece set has solved a clutter problem in my bedroom and is a lovely focal point. These attributes came as no surprise—I am a total convert to the practicality and decorative power of Senegalese baskets (I own at least seven), and it’s all because of Expedition Subsahara. The quality and craftsmanship of the ES baskets are superior to any others I have seen in stores or elsewhere. I’ve also given ES baskets as gifts to my son and daughter-in-law, who also love them. In my opinion the large lidded storage basket sets are one of the best gifts you can give to a young family: perfect storage function and adaptability, beautiful, and so much easier to move than a piece of furniture. That, and the fact that a portion of the proceeds goes to support a rural school for girls in Senegal, means I will always be a customer and advocate of ES!
The pictures on the website don't do it justice. The beauty is amazing, the quality is excellent. It fits right in with the rest of the products I have purchased. Keep up with the good work!!!
